Hello again! It has been years since I have posted but I am so excited to get back to it! I have grown a lot these past few years , especially in my frugal knowledge so I am excited to share! Its very helpful since my kids are also getting to be eating machines!
This week’s menu is mostly pantry based. I plan to decorate the table for Valentine’s and use my china so it is “fancy” but not incur any expense if possible!
I have found making a menu plan is helpful but assigning days usually doesn’t work.
Pancakes and Eggs
V-Day: Spaghetti, Garlic Bread, Salad, Cake, Pink Lemonade (Pink and Red covered!)
Instant Pot Chill and Homemade Cornbread
Teriyaki Chicken, Mac Salad, White Rice in the Instant Pot
Chicken Soup/Rolls (Will help use up a Sam’s Club Rotisserie Chicken)
Quiche and Hash-browns
I have most of this on hand, Will need eggs, bread, milk, 1 block of cheese, sour cream and pie crust. Hoping to spend $25 or less on groceries this week. This week Kroger had butter for $1.99 with coupon. I bought the max of five allowed because I did not even see that price during the holidays this year.
Hope everyone has a great week!
